If you decide to make a purchase, we process your first and last name, address and postal code, delivery address, phone number, and your email address for the purpose of order processing. If you register on our website, we additionally store your username and password in encrypted form, which is accessible only to you.

Why is your personal data processed?

After each purchase, we use your data for the purposes of preparing and sending your order, informing you about the order status, issuing an invoice, and fulfilling our legal obligations, and at the same time, we may send you personalized offers. The contract on which our processing is based is created at the same time as your account. For the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records, we process special data for the duration of the limitation period, which is 5 years, plus one additional year after its expiration in case a claim is asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of the initiation of judicial or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the duration necessary to conduct the proceedings and after the conclusion of the proceedings until the expiration of the limitation period.

For all other purposes, we use your personal data for a maximum of 6 months.

We are required to fulfill certain obligations prescribed by applicable laws. When we process your personal data for this reason, we do not need your consent for the processing.   • Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1),
  • Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1),

  • Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

For the processing of personal data based on the fulfillment of legal obligations, we use your personal data for a maximum of 10 years (plus the current year) after the last issued document related to your order.

  • for the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records. Our legitimate interest is the protection of legal claims and the monitoring of the regular performance of our services.

For the preparation, conclusion, and execution of contracts with our customers, we use personal data for the period necessary to process the order. After this period, we still store the data based on our legitimate interest for the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records. We keep them for the duration of the limitation period, which is 2 years, and if necessary, for an additional year after its expiration in the event of a claim being asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of judicial or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the period necessary to conduct these proceedings and until the expiration of the remaining limitation period after the conclusion of the proceedings. Our legitimate interest in this case is the protection of legal claims and the monitoring of the regular performance of our services. For the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, we use personal data for a maximum of 10 years for each 1 individual order.

When you communicate with us through various channels, such as email or social media, we process your identification details, contact details, and records of mutual communication. We process this data based on our legitimate interest (i.e., without your consent) for the following purposes:

  • processing your requests; if you have made a purchase from us and your request relates to the order, we may carry out the processing based on the performance of the contract with you,
  • maintaining records of your past requests, where we check the progress of their fulfillment,
  • demonstrating that we have received and processed your request, e.g., when you have ordered goods from us or have claimed a return for ordered goods,
  • analyzing requests to improve our services.

For these purposes, we store personal data for a period of 3 months.
